Dear Readers:
In July 2018, I received a newspaper from my town’s local high school in Union Springs, New York. The newspaper was sent to all the homes in my area. In it there is a photo of New York congressman John Katko making a fist at a minority in a painting made by a local high school student here. This town is in the county that was home to Harriet Tubman, and it was part of the Underground Railroad. The locals here are very secretive and will not share this photo with anyone. The funny thing is that everyone in my town knew about this photo but still decided to re-elected him for a third and fourth term.
This is a very serious matter. I believe that John Katko was blackmailed into posing like that in the picture because of a decades-long police cover-up that is still going on against me in Cayuga County, New York, and in other places too. To this day, the police here in my area still deny that anything is going on, and even claim that they’ve never heard of me before. This is what happens when the police get themselves into trouble: They lie about it. I have provided a statement from my local sheriff’s station below as proof.
The cover-up has led to a government conspiracy plot against me involving John Katko, the federal government, past and current White House administrations, and many others too. For example, some of former President Joe Biden’s family members still live in my hometown of Auburn, New York. I have posted an article about this below. Things like this just do not happen on their own, and I am trying to get the word out to everyone about it. The media (i.e., CNN, FOX NEWS, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc.) will not cover it because they are involved in it too. And if anyone ever wanted proof that Fox News and other TV news networks are racist, here it is for you. Keeping something like this covered up and out of the media is a racist act. It is also proof against former journalists, such as disgraced former Fox News anchorman Bill O’Reilly, who still does the news online and who has always claimed that he is not a racist, along with many others. John Katko retired from office on January 3, 2023, but please read my August 24, 2020, post on how this picture could have been used against him and other politicians in government. It is good to know what is going on around you in the world. I have also uploaded a complete copy of the high school newspaper containing the racist picture of Katko to my website. This is probably the biggest political cover-up of all time. If you want Katko and other politicians held accountable for this, you must act quickly. As time passes, it becomes more likely that he will get away with it. However, his crimes against me can be prosecuted at any time in the future because of the types of crimes that he is involved in against me. Nevertheless, this still complicates things. And if he is not prosecuted soon, others in the government might also get away with it.
The statute of limitations applies to almost all criminal and civil cases. A prosecutor only has a certain amount of time (in most cases) to bring charges against a person or party in criminal cases. For example, in New York State, there is a five-year criminal statute of limitations for manslaughter cases. Fraud cases in New York State (except for tax fraud cases) have a six-year criminal statute of limitations for them, such as credit card fraud, health care fraud, etc. The statutes are clearly defined so “if you cannot be prosecuted for a crime, you cannot be charged with it either.” So, even if John Katko were to confess his crime(s) after the statute of limitations concludes, he cannot be prosecuted. I have posted a link to that law for your reference below. In general, the only exception to the statute of limitations laws would be if a crime happened over an extended period of time and included other crimes or multiple counts of the same crime or both. A good example of this would be a person who commits’ child sex offences on a regular basis. Prosecutors would then have to elevate that crime to a class A felony (if it wasn’t a class A- felony already). Class A felonies have no statute of limitations for them.
In a civil suit, the lawsuit must be filed within the specified time frame allotted by the court, or the lawsuit automatically times out. For example, in New York State, you have up to one year and 90 days to file a personal claim against the government “from the date of the incident,” or your lawsuit automatically times out. I have posted a link to that law at the bottom of this page for your reference as well.
I’d also like to mention that, on September 9, 2022, I saw Katko being interviewed on News Channel 9 in Syracuse, New York. Once again, nothing was brought up about the racist picture of him that surfaced here or about the coverup. He has emerged from this whole affair with an undamaged reputation, and he is still well liked in my area. He has even finished a successful local TV pilot talk show here. And now, he has his own nationwide talk show on PBS from it. I have included a link to an article about his show below.
I created this website so that I could find leads and get the word out about what was happening here. Before this, I had no way to do this, because I did not have any web development skills. As long as this coverup continues, more criminals will be able to use this dirt against the police, our elected officials, and the federal government. And as a result of all of this, the racists might have won here.
